Loaner Equipment Program

 

All original participants of the first training sessions have been granted writing privileges. (If you do not recall the email, please check your "junk mail.")  You may sign-up to borrow one or both of the class sets using the schedule below.

 

Basic Rules:

1.  Above all, make sure that your students get their hands on the technology and use it for scientific data collection.

2.  Use the inventory checklist to verify contents of carrying case.

  • Check to be sure that you receive 6 GPS units and 6 digital cameras, as well as related materials.
  • The units should be paired together in individual bags. (This includes connector cables.)
  • Inventory must be taken upon receipt and return of equipment

3.  Care for the equipment as if you paid for it yourself.

4.  Report missing or damaged equipment immediately.

5.  We borrow in 1 week cycles, after one week, teachers must be willing to pass the equipment off to another group.

6.  The borrower is responsible for pick-up and return of the equipment.
